Who runs this site
This is a private fan page of the game alliance NoobsOnPatrol [Nop] (server 931). It is run by the alliance admins on a non-commercial basis. It is not affiliated with the publisher of Last War: Survival. If you have a question about your data, ask one of the admins in the alliance chat or in the game.
What we store
- Account: your email address, your password (stored only in scrambled form, nobody can read it) and your game name.
- Squads and profile text: if you enter them, your squad type and power per week (squad 1 is visible to approved members, squad 2 only to you and the admins), a short text about you and up to 3 photos (visible to approved members).
- Feedback: messages you send are visible to the admins with your name.
- Phone alerts (optional): if you turn them on, your browser's alert address is stored so we can send you short messages. You can turn them off at any time in My area.
- Approval: whether an admin approved your account, and whether you are a member or an admin.
- Profile picture: only if you upload one. Other approved members can see it.
- Activity: the time of your last visit (visible to admins only) and your results in the small games (visible to approved members).
- Player list: the admins keep a list of alliance players with rank, job, status and a private note. The note is visible to admins only. If game statistics (for example power or kills) are shown there, they come from the public game data of the alliance.
- Start feed: when an admin approves your account, approved members see that you are now on the site. They can also see your game name next to your reactions.
- Chronicle: the admins write down important moments of the alliance, which can mention game names. Approved members can read them. Ask an admin if you want your name removed.
- Change log: admins' changes to plans are logged with the admin's game name for 90 days.
Why
To let alliance members log in, see plans and events, and to let the admins run the alliance. Nothing is used for advertising, and nothing is sold or passed on for other purposes.
Who can see it
Plans and the player list are visible only to logged-in, approved members. Your email address and your last visit are visible only to the admins.
Where it is stored and who helps us
- Supabase stores the database and files. The project runs in Frankfurt (EU).
- Netlify hosts the pages. Like every web host it sees your IP address when you open the site.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr currently deliver the fonts and a script library. Your browser contacts them when you open the site, so they receive your IP address. We plan to host these files ourselves.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics. Your browser stores your login and a few settings (light or dark mode, text size, which tabs you have seen). These are needed for the site to work and stay on your device.
How long we keep it
Your account stays until you ask for it to be deleted or an admin removes it. Old events and train entries are archived for the admins. The change log is deleted after 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask the admins what we store about you, to correct it, or to delete your account and your data. You can delete your own profile picture at any time in the My area tab.
